Steve Featherstone A.K.A. “Savannah Steve”

Steve came to us 3+ years ago from Jungle Cat World. His resume was so impressive, I had to hire him but, his career in reptiles almost ended before it started. While in Costa Rica, Steve almost lost his life from the bite of a “Fer-de-lance” while on a photo expedition. Steve’s passion for reptiles shows up not only in his hard work but also in the reptile shows that he does.

Here at the store, we’re really glad that the snake didn’t get Steve and that he wants to share his knowledge of reptiles with you.


Brendan Davis “Reptile Specialist”

Brendan has been with the store for 6+ years. Brendan came to us as a high school student and is now working his way through University. He has past experience with The National Zoo and other pet stores. His knowledge is unsurpassed, he remembers every scientific name there is and for this, I am personally jealous. We are fortunate to have such a hard, dedicated worker as Brendan Davis.


Andrew Holden “Sales staff”

Andrew has been with us for 3+ years. I knew Andrew long before the store and he used to help me with my personal reptile collection at home. I still remember, coming home from work and seeing Andrew looking inside an incubator of Ball Python eggs watching as they pipped out of their eggs. I believe that one day Andrew will be looking over his own Ball Pythons watching them hatch. Glad to have him on board.

p.s. Andrew’s not my son, I just rent him.

Amanda Heaton “Showman”

Photo Coming Soon: Amanda just started at the store this summer, 2006 to help with our summer camp. Amanda is staying with us part time while finishing University. Amanda has done many shows for birthday parties now and is getting rave reviews. I'm glad to have her aboard our team.
